We save you thousands when you pay one flat fee for TRELORA's services and expertise. We leave it up to you to decide how to use the rest of the buyer's agent commission offered by the seller. TRELORA has saved homeowners over $25M in what would have been real estate agent commissions.

Because we believe you should only pay for what you need, we offer two services to buyers: one if you've already found the home you want and another if you want help with your search.


This service is for those who haven't quite yet found the perfect home and want a TRELORA expert to help them in their search. For a flat fee of $3,000 we will be your right-hand men (and women) in your home purchase process. Your TRELORA agent will show you up to 15 houses (non-TRELORA listings; but you can view as many TRELORA listings as you'd like). Additional showings may be purchases at your heart's desire. The initial retainer fee is $500 for this service, which means you'll only pay $2,500 at closing.


This is the best fit for buyers who have found their dream home such as through an open house or if it's a new construction home. If you don't need us to show you any homes and you're ready to make an offer then this is for you! With a $500 initial retainer fee and $2,000 due at closing, we're all yours! We'll negotiate on your behalf, manage the minute details and lead you to the closing table.
