Patrick Shobe is the statistics guru and an Operations and Process Development Specialist for TRELORA. If that sounds like a big title – that’s because this guy gets a lot done! He is an integral part of the IT task force here at TRELORA, and we couldn’t accomplish everything we do to improve technology and communication for our clients without his effort and strategic input. It means a lot, I have never worked with such a great group of people.
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
There is always a problem to solve, and we are always improving. I like that we aren’t satisfied with status quo.
How do you try to leave people better?
By making their lives easier. Specifically at TRELORA, a real estate deal shouldn’t have to be complicated, and the work I do to improve technology/communication helps simplify the transaction for clients.

I have a very close extended family, we gather for dinner once a week.
