Q & A with Jenn Cohen
What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?
I love being a part of jump starting an industry that has been stalled for so long. It’s time for positive change!
What do you like about working with TRELORA?
Without question, the people I work with. We’re beyond co-workers; we’re family. Sounds cheesy, but it’s true. We share a fierce passion to make TRELORA work, and that’s why it does.
How do you leave people better?
I listen. The biggest part of customer service (for me) is knowing the other person hears what I’m saying. Even if I can’t solve an issue, I will listen and follow up with any concerns or questions. Listening well is half the battle.

Tell us about your best TRELORA experience
Wow, where to start! I’ve been with TRELORA almost since the beginning and have watched incredible growth, as well as growing pains, take place. The best thing I’ve experienced is when people really get it. There is a moment when people (sellers, buyers, agents) go, “Oh! I get what you’re doing, and it makes sense!” I love hearing people tell us we are the future of real estate.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you’ve overcome
Sometimes people aren’t quite ready for their photo appointment when I arrive. We send out emails detailing what needs to be done, but not everyone has the time or ability to prepare. I’ve moved furniture, cleaned, vacuumed, moved cars out of driveways, kept kids busy, you name it. That’s challenging, but worth it. People are always grateful for our help.
If you weren’t revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
I’d still be a photographer. It’s what I do, it’s what I love.
Read any good books lately?
I’m reading the Uglies trilogy with my daughter. I usually read what she’s reading, as well as a book of my choosing. I’ll read anything, I love it all!
Pets, Family, Hobbies?
2 dogs, a handsome husband and 2 lovely daughters
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
Family vacation! Maybe I’d go all out and rent a private island for a week or so.
