Olivia Burke is a Listing Transaction Coordinator at TRELORA. Olivia is also one of the friendly voices you’ll hear from over email and on the phone.
What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?
Helping clients save money buying and/or selling homes, while giving them the best customer service so it's as stress free as possible.
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
I love everyone I work with, the positive environment and the client-focused mentality everyone has. It’s a culture of service excellence.
How do you try to leave people better?
I make an effort to be kind and positive no matter the circumstance.
Name 3 of your core values.
- Hard work
Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
I love hearing past clients talk about TRELORA, and reading reviews showing how happy everyone is with the TRELORA service experience.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you have overcome.
In past customer service positions, I have dealt with angry clients from time to time – a challenge for any service professional. I learned to effectively help customers calm down by seeking first to understand what their real issue was, solve it to the best of my ability, and offer patience and understanding at every turn. The most challenging customers have offered some of the best career learning experiences.
If you weren't revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
I’d be a blogger, paid to travel the world and share my adventures online!
Have you caught an entertaining flick lately or listened to a CD that rocked?
Pets? Family? Hobbies?
We have two dogs: Tucker the Havanese and Bill the Bernese Mountain Dog. For fun I like to hit up local breweries, do CrossFit, hike any trail or mountain in this beautiful state, travel to new places, and especially visit my family back home in Ohio.
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
I’d skip town for an all-inclusive vacation with my husband on a beach somewhere!
