Peggy Hayes is an Experience Coordinator at TRELORA. When our agents in the field need answers & solutions on behalf of clients, they need them yesterday. When she isn’t hanging off the side of a mountain, Peggy is hopping in her handy dandy time machine to solve problems and save the day for buyers and sellers on-the-go; maybe not yesterday, but super-fast!
Passion about first rate service at one flat fee simply bubbles up from Peggy's eccentric personality. She feels extraordinarily driven to help those in her community by providing them a way to save money on traditional agent fees; keeping more money in their pocket.
Q & A with Peggy Hayes
What does it mean to be a part of TRELORA?
To be a part of TRELORA is to work with Joshua Hunt. His style, love of this business and concern for his fellow humans propels me to higher aspirations.
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
The energy here is contagious! I feel we can accomplish anything together.
How do you try to leave people better?
I leave people better by hugging them. I just can’t help but share the love!
Name 3 of your Core Values.
Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
My best TRELORA experience is a work in progress. Building this business, getting the word out and knowing TRELORA has the potential to make this part of the world a better place, is an ongoing experience that makes me grateful daily.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you have overcome.
My age is on the other end of the spectrum from many of my colleagues. Believing I still have value to add to our work environment allows me to grow and learn new technology and processes with confidence.
If you weren’t revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
I’d be heli-skiing in Silverton, CO!
Watched any good films lately?
Few Words, a documentary by Candide Thovex. This film tells the story of a champion skier who broke his neck, but came back after he was told he’d never be able to ski again. He is probably the most incredible free skier ever!
Pets? Family? Hobbies?
I'm originally from Ohio and raised my 2 kids in Buffalo, NY for 28 years. My kids, my grandkids, my former husband and my nephew all live in Colorado. I'm so grateful to have them close by.
When I’m not spending time with family, I love everything outdoors!
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
I would give at least 10% back to someone needing it more than I and save the rest for a rainy day!
