Chief Operating Officer Dave Workman comes to TRELORA from a diverse background in leadership and development of both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 organizations; his experience includes ventures in technology, education, training, publishing, multimedia, travel, energy and nonprofit industries.
Dave is now dedicated to changing the real estate industry in profound new ways to advocate for Denver consumers. His approach to problem solving is process oriented and creates lasting, effective solutions. He is now using this unique outlook and experience to tackle the most prominent challenges homeowners face.

Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
The process of discovering TRELORA and founder Joshua Hunt was a memorable experience for me personally and professionally. As a business entrepreneur and typical homeowner, I was frustrated with the flawed real estate business model that holds consumers hostage. I represented myself to sell my home, purchase the next, and save a ton of money. It was much simpler and less complicated than I was led to believe. In the process I experienced firsthand the good, the bad and the ugly of the real estate business so carefully hidden from public view.
Through that process I also discovered the only company and founder who GOT IT and saw the enormous business opportunities that exist for a fresh, innovative, consumer-centric approach to real estate. With a firm grasp of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats presented by a 100+ year old industry that was underserving consumers, I committed 120% of my $$$, time and talent to help drive TRELORA and fulfill a vision that will benefit a nation today and for generations into the future.
