Antonio's advocates for your home equity. He will strategically price for your home to prepare you for the competitive housing market, and explain how working with TRELORA's first rate service for one flat fee already gives you a leg up.
What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?
I really enjoy that I can be part of changing an industry. I have a lot of faith in this organization, and as a homeowner I understand how much things need to change for consumers.
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
The people! Having so many people all passionate about the same thing creates an amazing environment and a lot of synergy.
How do you try to leave people better?
I've found that listening more than talking can leave people a lot better than I found them. Everyone wants to feel heard.
Name 3 of your core values.
Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
I have the best experience every day I go to work. I love that we are going against the grain, and my days are spent meeting with new people and proving to them how amazing TRELORA really is.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you have overcome.
Working at TRELORA presents challenges for me every day, but one that stands out is a time when I first started and was tasked with making cold calls. I love talking to people, but cold calling is tough! I got through all of my calls and it wasn’t as bad as I thought, after all.
If you weren't revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
If I wasn't working with TRELORA I've always seen myself working to become a firefighter.
Read any good books lately?
I am an avid reader and like to keep up with current events, National Geographic, Business Insider and the Wall Street Journal.
Pets? Family? Hobbies?
I have an amazing wife and two crazy kids. A Boxer named Bradley and a German Shepherd named Stella, and a couple of cats. Outside of work I enjoy watching the kids play sports, snowboarding and challenging my wife to a game of tennis. (I currently hold the winning record!)
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
We’re putting our house on the market early this summer, actually. We’ll use our TRELORA savings to take the family to Disney World! It’s one of our favorite places to go, and with the money we save on a commission free real estate transaction, we’ll have an amazing trip.
