Q & A with Allie Conklin
What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?
TRELORA is going to revolutionize real estate. In fact, it already is. Being a part of TRELORA means bringing something new and vital to an ever changing homeowners market, and I'm happy to be a part of that.
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
TRELORA is an office filled with intelligent, hard-working, and diverse individuals. We pride ourselves on open communication and a very inclusive workplace, where each employee and client is taken care of.
How do you try to leave people better?
There's a connection to be made with every person you meet. For me, it begins with a simple smile. A smile from a stranger on your worst day can make all the difference.
Name 3 of your core values.
Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
My best TRELORA experience thus far has been our most recent team meeting. I loved hearing Joshua's story, and being integrated into the team on such an informative day.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you have overcome.
I personally have yet to experience a work-related challenge, but I've heard one of our Team Leads Greg diffuse a few issues with grace and ease. The common denominator seems to be empathy.
If you weren't revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
I'd like to think if paying my bills was optional, I'd be auditioning for various theatrical, and film jobs. It isn't though, so I digress.
Pets? Family? Hobbies?
I like to spend my free time adventuring with my boyfriend, Shane and our miniature Australian Shepherd, Shya La Woof. You can also find me on my snowboard in the winter winding through the trees.
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
First, I'd take my mom on a vacation, she deserves it. Then maybe put a down payment on a Hermès Birkin bag, HA!
Describe your dream home.
My dream home isn't huge, but it has some very important features. Including, but not limited to.. a wrap around deck, glass walls, secluded in trees but still a ten-minute drive from downtown, heated driveway, and a 20 x 20 in-ground trampoline. Simple!
What's your favorite Denver brewery or happy hour spot?
My token spot is The Retro Room. Two words, pickle shots.
