Mike Page is a Home Advisor Agent at TRELORA, helping individuals and families prepare for success in the competitive Denver marketplace. From a thorough home evaluation to explaining the TRELORA business model to proposing the list price based on a comparable market analysis, his work with homeowners provides the foundation for a successful sale.
Mike advocates for your home equity. He will strategically price for your home to prepare you for the competitive housing market, and explain how working with TRELORA's first rate service for one flat fee already gives you a leg up.
What does it mean to you to be part of TRELORA?
The real estate industry has had a Do-Not-Disturb sign out for decades and consumers are paying a high price for it. It's exciting to be part of a company revolutionizing an entire industry. Did you hear that, real estate industry? That's the sound of us crushing your sky high commission rates with flat rate full service!
What do you like about working at TRELORA?
I feel like I joined TRELORA at the perfect time. The company is small/young enough to have a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit & culture, but old/wise enough to have a proven business model that works. This is an exciting time to be part of the team.
How do you try to leave people better?
I offer ideas/advice/recommendations that are easy to incorporate into their every day lives and are sustainable over time.
Name 3 of your core values.
Positivity Industriousness (the opposite of laziness!)
Tell us about your best TRELORA experience.
I got a round of applause at a recent team meeting. I was the only person in the room to answer the 'When is TRELORA expanding to another city?'question correctly.
Tell us about a work-related challenge you have overcome.
Earning my Real Estate Sales Associate Licens in Florida while working full-time was tough, and now I am doing it all over again here in Colorado.
If you weren't revolutionizing the real estate industry, what would you be doing?
LIVING IN A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER! Honestly, I'd probably be doing sales for a start-up in town making 50+ cold calls a day and hating my job.
Read any good books lately?
The two best books I've read lately are How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big by Scott Adams and The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.
Pets? Family? Hobbies?
No pets; I'm too much of a neat freak for them. All of my family including my older brother, younger brother and parents live in Florida. My hobbies include working out, running, hiking, skiing, watching sports and reading.
Next time you save $12k (or more) on your personal real estate transaction, how will you spend your dough?
I'll finish paying off my student loans and use the remainder to throw a party for the occasion.
