The Job

Trelora is seeking a Senior Front End Developer to help us evolve our real estate brokerage platform. This role will work in a handful of areas, primarily architecture and ongoing feature development with React.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in a small team setting. We are building a small, but highly competent team focused on remote-first. Culture, collaboration and trust are highly valued here. You’ll have the support of our core teams, business and technical, to answer questions and help guide your work.

About the work:

Greenfield development will be the focus for this role in 2021. In the near term, we are building a new SPA for our real estate agents and supporting staff. You can expect to work with React and Redux on a day to day basis. There are also opportunities to collaborate on designing data structures, APIs and subsystems. After the first release, we expect there will be follow-up rounds to improve and enhance the tools.

About you:

You should be experienced and comfortable building single-page apps with React and Redux. You should have a mastery of CSS. You should be adept at mobile-first approaches that accommodate accessibility needs across a variety of devices. Communication will be critical, as the team is distributed and juggling both the successful existing product and the revised version we will be building. You should bring ideas and preferences on code design and architecture, as our codebases are still very young and impressionable.
