Position Overview

Are you a newly licensed real estate agent and looking to learn your craft? If so, Trelora is the best way to learn the mechanics of doing deals and everything required to provide a great experience. Whether you’ve been transaction coordinating for years or want to start learning, we’d love to talk with you. You’ll have a team supporting you and guiding you with the end goal being that you can quickly grow to working your own book of business. No sales required as we provide you with your book of business and work leads for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the process of buying/selling their home
  • List home in MLS accurately and at the correct price
  • Drive buyer traffic and solicit offers
  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Navigate through the Due Diligence process
  • Prepare buyers and sellers for closing day
  • Assist your team when needed on complex or challenging transactions
  • Run pricing comparables and communicate advice effectively
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks in our CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual goals and expectations.
  • Constantly review the Market’s performance and use expertise to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Real Estate License REQUIRED
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques
  • Organization and planning skills
