The Role

We are looking for a versatile and strategic Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Product to design interfaces that solve for agent and customer needs, turning user research and wireframes into actionable assets for the Development team to build. You will also work with our Marketing team to maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across digital and physical channels.

Our team is based in Denver, CO but working 100% remote currently. Colorado-based candidates preferred but not required. We also have offices in Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC, St. Louis, MO, and Charleston, SC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product improvements to:

Our transaction management web app for agents and support staff, which enables them to collaborate smoothly and deliver excellent customer service at scale

Client-facing tools that help buyers and sellers navigate the complexity of buying and selling homes

Mobile-first workflows for field agents, making it easy for them to build relationships with clients and communicate with their in-office team

Communication tools that optimize collaboration between realty, title, mortgage, and other third parties

  • Prototype, test, and measure to validate design solutions
  • Deliver development-ready assets and specs and collaborate with engineering on implementation
  • Create compelling visual assets to help communicate Trelora’s value proposition across marketing channels
  • Participate in data gathering and analysis through customer interviews, user testing, analytics and AB testing
  • Maintain and apply cohesive brand standards across our website, digital marketing, and print assets
  • Participate in collaborative planning and retrospectives to improve what we build and how we build it

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI, UX, visual, and/or product design
  • Knowledge of visual design principles and ability to apply them across product, web, and print
  • Ability to translate product requirements into usable and elegant interfaces
  • Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver value iteratively
  • A collaborative orientation with an ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, engineers, marketers, and end users
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
